Due to calculate the number of the participants for Little Get Together Party, the purchase deadline for the party ticket is November 17th(Fri/JST). After the deadline you will not able to purchase the ticket for Little Get Together Party.

When you order the product price is noted as "tax excluded", however, the tax is already included in the price so, the price listed is the Regular Price. If you purchase in Japan Consumption tax of 10% will also be noted but, it will not be added to your grand total. For the payment, please wait until our staff contacts you.

If HCS2023 is canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of COVID-19, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), or Organizer’s decision, tickets will be not refunded. However, cancellations of personal reasons is non-refundable.

YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW, organized by MOONEYES, is the largest indoor custom car and motorcycle show in Japan. The event features vendor spaces, a custom paint contest, pinstripers and so much more wrapped up in a one-day show.

●Advance Ticket Only is 4,400Yen(under 12 years old Free)
●Advance Ticket + Little Get Together Party Ticket is 7,400yen
●Ticket on the day will be 5,500yen(under 12 years old Free)

Advance ticket is cheaper than tickets sold at the main entrance of the show on the day of our event. General admission tickets will not sell out so, if you are unable to purchase tickets online, you will be able to purchase tickets in advance from our physical store in Honmoku, Yokohama MOONEYES Area-1 and MQQN Cafe till December 2nd (Saturday), the closing time of our store.

All orders for the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2023(HCS) are WILL CALL only. This means nothing will be sent in the mail. You will pay ahead and pick up the ticket(s) when you are here in Japan. If you order this item (advance ticket) with other items, it will be moved to a separate new order. Please keep order separate.

When ordering, you can choose the default shipping method as we will change that when we reply to confirm your order. In order to successfully complete this order (for Will Call), email communication in Japanese is be required but we will make every effort to communicate with you in English.

Payment is via PayPal only as with any order and instructions will be sent with the order confirmation. Once the transaction is complete, we will send you a confirmation message and instructions for picking up the ticket(s). We also ask that you print and bring the confirmation message along with a photo ID when picking up the tickets at the Will Call counter. (If you have difficulty to bring the printed confirmation message along, you can also show us the actual message from your phone or other electronic devices.)

1. Place an order for HCS2023 Advance Tickets (Event on Sunday 12/3) here.
2. Chose the default (or any) shipping option. We will change this as there is no shipping for this item.
3. Keep this order separate from other items. Proceed to check out, complete the order and submit.
4. You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
5. In a couple of days (within 48 hours unless it's Sun/Mon) you will receive a confirmation message from us with an order total.
6. Make the PayPal payment for the grand total amount.
7. After we confirm your payment, we send you the final confirmation message and instructions to pick up your tickets here in Yokohama.

※Will Call is a process where you pick up your tickets in person when you come to the show instead of paying for physical shipping to you. Complete details will be given in the confirmation message.

You can pick up your tickets on Saturday, December 2nd or Sunday, December 3rd at the front entrance area of the show. Until December 1st you can pick up your tickets at Honmoku, Yokohama MOONEYES Area-1 with prior confirmed arrangements.

If you are receiving the ticket at the WILL CALL counter on December 2nd(Sat) day before the show, you cannot enter the show venue on that day (Dec. 2).
The reason is that we want to prevent the crowd in the show venue, and keep everyone's safety.

However, if you wish to enter the venue on Saturday(Setup Day), you can buy the wristband for ￥2,750 at Will Call Counter in the venue.

This wristband is only for the Setup Day and it is different from the Admission Ticket for December 3rd(Sun).
